All US AND INTERNATIONAL made to order reproduction orders are processed and shipped within 8 weeks of receipt of order. If there is a delay in your order for any reason you will be notified.
US ORDERS are shipped Flat rate or First Class USPS depending on Size and weight of your order. Usually, the delivery time for US orders is 1-4 days depending on destination of package. All packages are traceable and you will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped using First Class International using USPS. Sometimes we use UPS if it lowers the cost significantly. We choose USPS as our primary shipping company to make shipping to other countries affordable. Because we use this option, we can make no guarantees as to when the package will be delivered. An estimated date is given when we select the parcel shipping option. The time line varies depending on country. All First-Class International shipments are tracked and you will be sent a tracking number when your order is completed. Most tracking will follow to the final destination; however, some countries are untraceable once they arrive at customs. The amount of time a package sits in customs also varies from country to country. Rosarium Blends is NOT responsible for the time it sits in customs or for any tracking beyond the country destination. If you have a tracking number, you can follow up with your countries customs office if you feel it was lost in the mail.
CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES – Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TCF is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Is it legal to ship knives to my state of country?
It is up to the buyer to research, study and confirm before purchasing. TCF does not offer refunds on returned or confiscated items.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel an order. You have up to 72 hours to do so. Your money will be refunded less credit card processing fees and an inconvenience charge of 20% of the items cost.
