Hand forged steel, brass brushed and given a dark heat treat color. Each will be unique, and each quenched in a venomous Serpent quench.

Made of mild steel and case hardened to increase its sharpness, so it can be used for multiple surfaces beyond wax, but are intended for inscribing candles for candle magic, or other soft solid substances softer than steel, much like the traditional burins of the grimoires.

Size is six to 8 inches and each are unique works of metal art with their own differences, and made to order.

Each may have its unique features that make yours completely different from what was made for another. This ensures that what is made for you is made for you and not another. It also allows the blacksmith to not feel that he is a machine in a factory but a creator and artisan. Make times are at a minimum of 8 weeks, not earlier and may require more time to make. Etsy does not allow for much wiggle room when large and or multiple orders are made in one day, one order can require an extra week to fill, So one can imagine if one receives multiple orders of this size in one day that it can slow down make times by several weeks. Please keep in mind no one wants you to receive your order more than I do.
